Who can apply
To be eligible, a startup must hold a valid DPIIT recognition from the Government of India. It must be registered and physically based in Haryana. The startup must have been accepted into or have already participated in a legitimate domestic or international accelerator program and provide a formal acceptance letter from the accelerator. Eligible legal structures include private limited companies, limited liability partnerships (LLPs), and partnership firms. The startup can be at any stage—idea, product, or revenue—as long as it meets the DPIIT and Haryana residency requirements. All expense bills and invoices for program fees, travel, and lodging must be submitted with the reimbursement claim.

Applicants should be registered as private limited, llp and partnership. Applicants must hold DPIIT (Startup India) recognition.
