• Scrutiny: authorities examine whether the applicant qualifies as a Special Category enterprise under AP IDP-MSME-EDP-FPP (4.0) 2024-29 and check the records behind the claim.
• Verification: the promoter's category, the enterprise's registration particulars and the documents proving the duty paid on the lease, mortgage or hypothecation are all confirmed. Site visits or requests for additional information can form part of this stage.
