Selection process
There is no competition, pitch or shortlisting round in this component. Every application that meets the criteria is handled on its own merits.
The District Industries Centre (DIC) is the processing authority. Its review covers four things:
- Whether the applicant is a Micro or Small Enterprise.
- Whether the applicant has actually availed a collateral-free term loan under the CGTMSE scheme, supported by proof.
- Whether the application was filed in time — within one year of first disbursement, or before commercial production begins, whichever is later.
- Whether the annual service fee has been paid and can be verified.
Once these conditions check out, the DIC takes the reimbursement forward.
