What is Women Who Master?

Who is eligible to participate?

Do I need prior experience in AI or machine learning?
No. Prior experience in AI or ML is not required. The organisers look for curiosity, creative thinking and a growth mindset instead. The MCQ round does test AI and ML concepts, so basic preparation helps.
Do I apply as an individual or as a team?
You register as an individual. Teams of five are then put together by the organisers, first college-wise and then zone-wise, based on the shortlist.
How does the competition progress round by round?
There are four rounds. Round 1 is registration, closing 21 July 2026. Round 2 is an online MCQ assessment on 25 July 2026 with 30 questions to be answered in 30 minutes. Round 3 covers the zonal rounds in Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Mumbai, where teams receive their problem statement 48 hours in advance and present in person. Round 4 is the Grand Finale at Logitech's headquarters in Chennai, with a new problem statement shared 48 hours before the event and presentations made before the jury.
Does the programme take equity or dilute participants?
No. Women Who Master is a competition, and the rewards come as cash prizes, certificates, a fixed travel allowance and mentorship. Nothing in the programme requires participants to give up a stake in a business.
What do participants get if they do not win a cash prize?
Recognition runs through every stage. Online MCQ round participants receive a Participation Certificate, zonal round participants receive a Certificate of Excellence, and Grand Finale participants receive a merit certificate along with a fixed travel allowance. Finalists also get mentorship and the chance to connect with Logitech's Talent Acquisition team.
