WE Hub, India's first state-led nodal organisation for women entrepreneurs established by the Government of Telangana, runs the WE-Engage SPARK Cohort 3 — a 12-week intensive accelerator program for early-stage women-led startups. The program targets founders whose ventures have a validated Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and have shown early market traction or initial revenue generation. Its purpose is to help those startups scale beyond initial successes towards sustainable growth.

Selected participants receive personalised mentorship from industry experts who guide them through business expansion challenges. The accelerator includes hands-on bootcamp training that covers practical market entry strategies and scaling techniques. A notable feature is access to diverse funding avenues — from grants and seed capital to debt financing — as well as networking opportunities with investors and key ecosystem partners, which can be critical for a scaling startup.

By focusing on women-led teams with majority female ownership, the program addresses the specific challenges female founders often face in raising capital and gaining strategic support. The program is open to women-led startups registered and operating in India. A minimum of 51% female ownership in the company is required, with a woman founder or co-founder holding a majority stake and leadership position. Startups must have a validated Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and demonstrate early traction or revenue, indicating progression beyond ideation into market validation. Ventures from any sector are eligible, provided they meet the ownership, registration, and traction criteria. Startups still in product development or testing basic product-market fit are not eligible. Applicants must commit to the entire 12-week program, which includes bootcamp sessions, mentoring, and investor networking events.

WE-Engage SPARK Cohort 3 is open to startups at any stage. It is open to startups registered anywhere in India.

WE-Engage SPARK Cohort 3 accepts applications on a rolling basis — there is no fixed cut-off date, so eligible startups can apply at any time. Because rolling programmes can pause without notice, confirm the window is still open on the official site before you start.
