Yes. Members of a team may come from the same institution or from entirely different ones. Cross-institution teams are allowed on purpose, because the organisers want interdisciplinary collaboration.
What is the prize money?
The winner and the runner-up together receive a total cash prize of ₹20,000. On top of that, additional prizes worth ₹20,000 are awarded.
Does the competition take equity or expect repayment?
No. Vyaparneeti is a case competition, not an investment or a loan scheme. Rewards come as cash prizes, so nothing is taken from participants and nothing has to be paid back.
