The program is open to startups at the idea, early, and growth stages that have innovative and scalable technology-driven solutions with potential for measurable impact. Focus sectors include ESDM, AI/ML & IoT, AgriTech & Sustainability, EV & Clean tech, Defence, MedTech, and Life Sciences/Biotechnology. There is no specific entity type restriction—individual innovators and registered startups may apply. No revenue minimum or maximum is stated, and there is no state restriction: startups from across India are welcome to apply.
