How to Apply for Varchasva 2026 Ideathon — ₹10,000 Prize Pool for Student Innovators

Entries move through a defined path from online submission to an on-stage finale.

1. Registration and problem selection — teams sign up on Unstop and pick the problem statement they want to solve.
2. Online ideation phase (30 July – 5 August 2026) — each team prepares its solution as a structured pitch deck and uploads it before the submission deadline.
3. Judging — an expert panel evaluates submissions on four criteria: innovation, feasibility, scalability and potential impact.
4. Shortlist announcement (6 August 2026) — the finalist teams are revealed.
5. Offline Grand Finale (8 August 2026, Greater Noida) — finalists present their pitches in person before industry professionals, mentors, startup founders and judges, followed by a live Q&A with the judging panel.

The finale day also includes an opening ceremony, a networking session, and an awards and closing ceremony.
