UDBHAV 3.0 Blockchain Incubation , IIML EIC CoE is open to product · revenue-stage startups registered in India. DPIIT (Startup India) recognition is required. The full eligibility criteria — qualifying sectors, states and entity types — are below.
Who can apply
This program is open to startups that meet specific criteria, ensuring a focus on high-potential blockchain ventures within Uttar Pradesh.
Applicants must be:
- Officially recognised as a startup by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
- Registered within the state of Uttar Pradesh.
- Actively engaged in developing or working on blockchain-based use cases.
- Have at least 51% of their equity held by Indian founders.
UDBHAV 3.0 targets startups at the product or revenue stage within the gaming, media, and Web3 industries. Eligible legal entities include Private Limited Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs). The incubation program itself is offered at no cost to selected startups, being fully subsidised.
UDBHAV 3.0 Blockchain Incubation , IIML EIC CoE is open to startups at the product and revenue stage working in gaming media web3. The programme is targeted at startups registered in Uttar Pradesh. Applicants should be registered as private limited and llp. Applicants must hold DPIIT (Startup India) recognition.
