Startups must be focused on meaningfully transforming healthcare delivery to be more accessible, personalized, and efficient. Solutions should thrive in a value-based care environment to enhance patient outcomes, reduce costs, and improve care experiences across diverse populations. Applicants should be exceptional startups positioned to pursue a pilot with Permanente Medicine. The program specifically targets solutions applicable to the Mid-Atlantic States region, including Washington D.C., Virginia, and Maryland. Core themes of interest include Care at Home, Chronic Care and Aging, Women’s Health, Administration of Care, Friction Reduction, and Building Trust in Clinical Care. Startups should be at product or revenue stage.

Techstars Healthcare Accelerator powered by Permanente Medicine Mid-Atlantic States is open to startups at the product and revenue stage working in health pharma biotech. It is open to startups registered anywhere in India.
