Submissions are evaluated on innovation and originality, problem identification, technical implementation, functionality, user experience (UI/UX), scalability, feasibility, presentation and demonstration, and overall impact. Projects must be submitted before the deadline announced by the organisers.

It is an offline, 24-hour event held at Malla Reddy (MR) Deemed to be University in Hyderabad, Telangana. Teams must bring their own laptops, chargers and development equipment. Internet access is provided at the venue.
