Selection process
Educational institutions apply to become grantees based on criteria set by the Policy Implementation Committee (PIC). Individual beneficiaries seek support through their educational institution or nearby SSIP grantee university. Specific PoC/Prototype and IP support applications are managed at the institutional level with scrutiny committees. The policy also envisions a state-level digital interface (UDAYAM COGENT Platform) for registration and support.
