How much prize money does Strategia offer?

Winning teams share a total prize pool of ₹40,000. The amount is prize money paid out to the winning teams rather than a grant or an investment.

Who is eligible to take part in Strategia 2026?

The competition is open to undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD students studying at recognised colleges and universities anywhere in India. Students from all academic disciplines are eligible, so you do not need to be a management or business student to enter.

Do all team members have to be from the same college or university?

Yes. Teams consist of 2 to 3 members and every member must belong to the same college or university. Teams may bring together different specialisations, but only from within that one institution.

Is there a registration fee?

No. Registration for Strategia is free, and there is no entry fee for taking part in either round.

Does the competition take equity in my team or ask for repayment?

No. Strategia is a case study competition with cash prizes, so there is no equity dilution, no repayment obligation and no investment involved.

What is the deadline for Strategia 2026?

Applications close on 8 August 2026. The Campus Finale for shortlisted teams follows on 28 August 2026, so teams must be available to attend in person on that date.

How does the competition work?

It runs in two rounds. In the online screening round, registered teams receive a business case and submit their solution by the prescribed deadline. The top performers then present their solutions before a panel of judges at the Campus Finale, held at the Department of Business Administration, Tezpur University, where winners are selected on presentation, analysis and overall performance.

Can a team register more than once or submit more than one solution?

No. Each team may register only once, and only one submission per team is allowed.

Will outstation teams get help with accommodation?

Accommodation assistance is provided to shortlisted outstation participants who travel to Tezpur for the Campus Finale.
