Startup Srujan Seed Support (S4) – Cohort 3

The Startup Srujan Seed Support (S4) initiative, managed by the Gujarat Student Startup and Innovation Hub (i-Hub), offers financial assistance. This program operates under the Student Startup and Innovation Policy (SSIP 2.0) of the Education Department, Government of Gujarat. Its primary goal is to enhance Gujarat's innovation ecosystem by fostering collaboration across various sectors, including industry, academia, and government.

S4 is designed to help young innovators advance their projects, from the initial Proof of Concept (PoC) phase through product development and eventual market entry. Funding, ranging from ₹2.5 lakh to ₹10 lakh, can be utilized for activities such as creating prototypes, validating concepts, improving products, and supporting early commercialization efforts. In addition to financial aid, recipients also gain access to valuable mentorship, institutional backing, and innovation-focused resources provided by i-Hub.

The program welcomes a diverse group of individuals, including school students, diploma holders, vocational students, undergraduates, postgraduates, and doctoral candidates, as well as alumni and dropouts from educational institutions across Gujarat. By targeting innovators up to 35 years old whose projects are in the ideation, Minimum Viable Product (MVP), or early stages, S4 aims to stimulate innovation-driven entrepreneurship and cultivate a strong pipeline of market-ready ventures within the state.
