SRIJAN - R-ABI Student Entrepreneurship Programme is open to idea-stage startups registered in India. The full eligibility criteria — qualifying sectors, states and entity types — are below.

Who can apply

The SRIJAN program is open to students who are actively working on agri-business ideas or innovations within the agriculture and allied sectors.

Key eligibility criteria include:

  • Applicants must be students from any educational background, provided their idea is focused on agriculture.
  • Ideas should be at the idea stage and demonstrate clear relevance to agriculture, food systems, rural development, or related activities.
  • Innovators must be based in Uttar Pradesh.
  • There is no requirement for applicants to be registered as a startup with DPIIT.
  • The selection process involves an evaluation by R-ABI's internal selection committee.
  • Each R-ABI or Knowledge Partner can support a maximum of four students per financial year.

SRIJAN - R-ABI Student Entrepreneurship Programme is open to startups at the idea stage working in agri food rural. The programme is targeted at startups registered in Uttar Pradesh.
