Who can apply
To be eligible for the SMT. Raj Kumari Jain Seed Fund for Innovation, startups must meet specific criteria.
A core requirement is that at least one co-founder must be either a current student of BITS Pilani or an alumnus who has graduated within the last five years.
The applying startup must be formally registered as a Private Limited Company in India.
Furthermore, startups are not eligible if they have previously received funding from PIEDS.
Applicants must also be actively engaged in one of the specific target sectors defined by the program, such as Applied AI, DeepTech, ClimateTech, or Industry 4.0.

It is open to startups registered anywhere in India. Applicants should be registered as private limited.
