Selection process
The selection process for the Scaleup Grant involves several stages to ensure that only the most promising startups are chosen. It commences with an initial screening conducted by KSUM officials, who review the applications for adherence to the basic eligibility criteria.
Shortlisted applicants are then invited to present their proposals to an Expert Committee. This committee conducts a rigorous evaluation of each pitch, assessing the startup's potential, innovation, and readiness for scale. Following this evaluation, final approval for the grant is granted by the KSUM CEO or Chairman. Upon approval, selected startups are required to submit all necessary documents and execute a formal agreement with KSUM.
