How to Apply for Savitribai Phule Self-Help Scheme: ₹15,000 Grant for SC Women in MP

Every application filed through a Common Service Centre and the official portal is placed before the District Intermediate Cooperative Development Committee for scrutiny.

That verification covers the applicant's papers and her eligibility against the scheme's conditions — age, caste, state residency, literacy, unemployment, BPL status, and whether she has any default standing against a nationalized bank, a cooperative bank or another financial institution.

The committee also looks at the proposed small business itself: whether the idea is viable and whether the project cost being claimed is reasonable within the ₹50,000 ceiling. Once verification is done and approval is granted, the margin money assistance is taken forward for disbursement.
