How to Apply for RTIH Catalyst Incubation Program Cohort 1

The selection process for the RTIH Catalyst Incubation Program is a multi-stage evaluation designed to identify high-potential startups:

• Online Application Submission: Interested startups must complete a detailed online application form. This form requires comprehensive information about the startup, its team, existing traction, financial details, and future growth plans. Applicants are also required to provide supporting documents, which typically include a pitch deck, proof of financials, and an optional product demonstration.
• Initial Screening: All submitted applications undergo an initial screening phase. This stage primarily assesses the completeness of the application and verifies that the startup meets the fundamental eligibility criteria.
• Multi-Stage Evaluation: Applications that pass the initial screening proceed to a more in-depth, multi-stage evaluation. During this phase, the selection committee rigorously assesses various aspects, including the startup's market traction, scalability potential, the level of innovation, and the capabilities of the founding team.
• Interviews and Deeper Evaluation: Shortlisted startups from the multi-stage evaluation are invited to participate in interviews or further evaluation rounds. These sessions allow the selection committee to gain a deeper understanding of the startup's vision, strategy, and team dynamics.
• Final Selection: Approximately 40 startups are ultimately selected for the cohort based on the comprehensive evaluation.
• Onboarding: Selected startups receive a formal invitation to join the program, followed by detailed onboarding instructions.
• Program Kickoff: The program officially commences with an in-person kickoff event held in Amaravati, bringing all selected startups together.
• Structured Learning and Review: Following the kickoff, participants engage in structured learning phases. A mid-program review is conducted to assess progress and make any necessary course corrections.
• Demo Day: The program concludes with a Demo Day, where participating startups present their progress and pitches to a network of investors, marking the completion of the incubation journey.
