How to Apply for PIPDIC Scheme for Hotel and Restaurant Projects — Up to ₹12 Cr

Applications are filed through PIPDIC's online portal, and once submitted an application goes into an initial review carried out by the Corporation.

That review examines two things: whether the entrepreneur qualifies under the scheme, and whether the hotel or restaurant being proposed is viable. Financial aspects and overall project feasibility both form part of the assessment.

Applicants are not left guessing about progress. The customer dashboard tracks the application and displays a status such as UNDER REVIEW as it works through the evaluation stages, so the current position can be checked at any time through the 'View My application' link.
