How to Apply for Paper Presentation 2026 — Engineering Research Competition, MVSREC

The journey from application to stage follows a set sequence:

1. Register and pay on Unstop. Payment and registration through the Unstop listing come first; without them, offline access is not confirmed.
2. Complete the private Luma form. After registering, participants fill in the private Luma form to request approval.
3. Receive your approval and QR code. Approvals are processed daily from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and the QR code is what gets you into the offline event.
4. Paper screening and shortlisting. Submitted papers are reviewed, and any form of plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Papers that are shortlisted are then notified about their presentation schedule.
5. Present before the judges. Shortlisted participants present their paper to a distinguished panel, which assesses the work against the criteria published for their track.
