Yes, the funding is provided as Equity or Equity-linked instruments, and the incubator takes a minority equity stake.

The funding can be used for proof of concept, prototype development, product trials, customer validation, and market launch.

How is the funding disbursed?

Funding is disbursed in milestones, with a moratorium of up to 12 months for loan-based components, if applicable.
