- Initial Screening: The NextUnicorn team reviews applications against its 'StartUp Scorecard,' assessing Product Fit, Revenue, Market Readiness, Funding Readiness, Team, Operational Efficiency, and Customer Engagement.
- Interviews: Shortlisted startups undergo multiple in-depth interviews with program directors, mentors, and potential investors.
- Due Diligence: Legal, financial, and technical aspects are reviewed.
- Final Selection: A small number of startups demonstrating exceptional potential and global readiness are chosen for the cohort.
- Program Commencement: The 6-month remote acceleration begins, followed by 18 months of continuous mentorship.
