Who can apply
This program is open to early-stage startups at the idea, product, or pre-revenue stage. Student founders are especially encouraged to apply. There are no restrictions based on industry, state of operation, or legal entity type – eligible entities include individuals, LLPs, partnerships, private limited companies, proprietorships, Section 8 companies, societies, and trusts. DPIIT registration is not required, and MSME registration is not mandatory. Only a limited number of high-potential startups will be selected through a competitive evaluation process.
NEEV Startup Kickstart Program – Pre-Incubation Cohort 2026 is open to startups at the idea and product stage. It is open to startups registered anywhere in India. Applicants should be registered as individual, llp and partnership.
