This program welcomes early-stage startups and innovators, including student founders, who are developing solutions from the idea stage up to a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Applicants can be individuals or various registered entities, including:

- Private Limited Companies
- Section 8 Companies
- Societies
- Trusts
The program specifically seeks high-potential ventures that demonstrate strong scalability, innovation, and the potential for significant impact. Selection is highly competitive, with only a limited number of eligible ventures admitted.
