Selection process
The hackathon has no offline rounds or physical pitching stage described in the programme details. The journey from applicant to funded idea works as follows:
- Online registration. You sign up through the official MSME registration portal, choosing your category — MSME, Student, or Others — and providing a valid email address and mobile number.
- Idea submission. You submit your idea through the same online portal. The hackathon has no physical component at this stage.
- Review and approval. Entries received are reviewed and a set of ideas is selected to move ahead.
- Host Institute allocation. Each approved idea is linked to an approved Host Institute, which receives the assistance of up to ₹15,00,000 and uses it to develop and nurture that idea.
