  2. Screening: Applications from women innovators/startups building ICT/IoT solutions are screened for eligibility and alignment with program objectives.
  3. Financial Support Tracks: Based on the stage of the idea, applicants are considered for either the EIR Grant (Idea to PoC) or Seed Fund (PoC to MVP).
  4. Incubation: Selected candidates receive incubation support, mentorship, and access to facilities.
