Log in, complete your user profile, and select Manav Kalyan Yojana from the schemes shown on your homepage. Fill in every mandatory field across the form tabs and upload the required documents in the specified format and size, entering the corresponding document numbers where asked. Review your details, accept the terms and conditions, declaration and privacy policy, and submit. An application number is generated at that point, so note it down; you may also print the form. If your application is sent back for revision, a 'Modify' option lets you make the changes and resubmit.
