How to Apply for GBOCWWB Tool Loan — Up to ₹5,000 for Goa Construction Workers

There is no competitive round here — no shortlisting, pitch or panel is described. The process is an application followed by a check on eligibility.

• Step 1 — Get the form. Download the prescribed application format from the official website of the Department of Labour and Employment, Goa, or visit the Office of the Commissioner, Labour & Employment (2nd Floor, Sharma Shakti Bhavan, Patto Plaza, Panaji, Goa) and request a hard copy.
• Step 2 — Fill it in. Complete every mandatory field, paste a passport-sized photograph and sign across it if required, and attach self-attested copies of all mandatory documents.
• Step 3 — Submit. Hand the duly filled and signed form, together with the documents, to the concerned authority at the Commissioner's office.
• Step 4 — Take the acknowledgment. Obtain a receipt or acknowledgment of the application from the authority.
