Selection process
Applications are evaluated against the criteria laid out in the J&K Start-up Policy operational guidelines, focusing on innovation, business viability, market potential, team capability, and the intended use of funds for prototype development, market entry, and commercialisation. Initial screening is done by JKEDI experts. Eligible proposals are then presented to the Start-up Task Force Committee for final approval. Throughout the program, JKEDI or its incubators monitor progress to ensure accountability and provide guidance.
