Jharkhand Startup Policy: Sustenance Allowance is open to idea · product-stage startups registered in India. The full eligibility criteria — qualifying sectors, states and entity types — are below.

Who can apply

To qualify for the Sustenance Allowance, a startup must be officially registered in the state of Jharkhand. Its annual turnover must not exceed ₹25 Crore, and it must have been incorporated less than five years before the date of application. The startup must employ no more than 50 people at the time of applying. Additionally, the startup must be actively operated by full-time founder(s) who are dedicated to the venture. Eligible entity types are private limited companies and LLPs.

Jharkhand Startup Policy: Sustenance Allowance is open to startups at the idea, product, revenue and profitable stage. The programme is targeted at startups registered in Jharkhand. Applicants should be registered as private limited and llp.
