How to Apply for IPTIF Housing & Construction EiR — Monthly Fellowship, 18 Months

Selection is competitive and committee-led, not first-come-first-served.

• Application screening: every submission is read by a selection committee that includes experts from IPTIF, KSUM and other industry and academic partners.
• Assessment: the committee weighs the potential impact of the innovation, its relevance to the housing and construction sector, its technological readiness (a proof of concept or prototype), and the strength of the founding team.
• Presentations and interviews: shortlisted applicants may be invited to present their solution or go through further interview rounds, where the proposed technology and business model are examined in depth.
• Final selection: the committee confirms that the idea aligns with the programme's objectives and that the plan is feasible, then picks the innovators who join the cohort. Successful applicants are informed of their selection, onboarded, and the grant is disbursed.
