Selection process
The hackathon is conducted in multiple stages:
- Registration Phase: Teams register online via the official portal.
- Round 1 – Idea Submission / Problem Solving: Conducted online; participants submit their ideas or solutions.
- Round 2 – Concept Demonstration: Shortlisted teams demonstrate their concepts online.
- Final Round – Prototype Development & Presentation: An offline finale at Marwadi University where teams develop prototypes and present them to judges. The core hackathon event is held on August 15–16, 2026, including an opening ceremony, development phase, judging, final presentations, and a closing ceremony with result announcements.
