Selection process
The selection process for the Innovate for Impact Challenge begins with an online application submission via the Reviewr portal. All applications must be submitted before the April 15, 2026 deadline.
Submitted applications undergo a comprehensive evaluation based on four key criteria: the innovation's impact (assessing its novelty and significance), its market potential (evaluating commercial viability and industry demand), its contribution to sustainability (checking alignment with environmental and social objectives), and its scalability and replicability (determining its capacity for growth and wider adoption).
Following this initial assessment, a select group of finalists will be chosen. These finalists will then be invited to participate in a live pitch event at the 2026 Borlaug Dialogue, where they will present their solutions to a panel of experts and an audience of global leaders. The top prize winner, receiving the ₹45 lakh grant, will be announced at this event.
