Selection process

The selection process has two rounds, both held on April 28th, 2026:

  1. Round 1: On-Spot Ideation & Submission – Teams receive the competition themes at the start of the event. They have 1.5 hours to select a theme, identify a problem, develop a solution, and prepare a presentation (PPT) using a provided template. Submissions must be made within this time frame.

  2. Shortlisting – From Round 1 submissions, around 15 teams are shortlisted to advance to the final round.

  3. Round 2: Final Presentation – Shortlisted teams present their ideas to a panel of judges. Each team gets 5–7 minutes for presentation, followed by a 2–3 minute Q&A session. Judges evaluate the ideas based on problem clarity, innovation, technical feasibility, business viability, scalability, and presentation clarity.
