Following submission, the AIC Nalanda team meticulously reviews all applications. This assessment focuses on the innovation potential of the idea and its alignment with the program's designated focus sectors. Based on this evaluation, a cohort of shortlisted applicants is identified.
Successful applicants are then onboarded into the 10-week hybrid pre-incubation program. The program itself involves a series of workshops, mentorship sessions, and expert-led sprints that guide participants through idea validation, business modelling, market strategy, and investment readiness. The journey concludes with a Demo Day, where participants present their refined concepts to mentors and potential investors.
