Selection process

The selection process for iAccelerate 4.0 begins with interested startups completing an official online application form. This form consists of nine structured sections, primarily involving checkboxes and short response fields. Applicants are required to upload several mandatory documents, including their Certificate of Incorporation, Company PAN Card, GST Registration Certificate, a comprehensive Pitch Deck, a detailed Product Concept Document, and screenshots of CIBIL scores for all directors. Optional supporting documents, such as patents, IP filings, or previous funding term sheets, can also be submitted to strengthen the application. Following the submission, applications undergo a thorough review by the iTNT Hub. Shortlisted startups then proceed to an evaluation process. Final selection places startups into either the Design Track or the Scale Track, depending on their Technology Readiness Level and specific needs. Upon final selection, a tri-partite agreement is formally executed between the startup, iTNT Hub, and the designated empaneled design partner, after which the voucher-based financial support is released according to program guidelines.
