Applications are submitted on the official portal. Confirm the current deadline and document checklist there before you start.
Selection process
The selection process involves multiple stages:
- Online Screening: All teams apply via Devfolio. An initial online screening shortlists the top 50 teams to proceed to the offline hackathon.
- Offline Hacking - Batch 1 (Day 1): The first 25 shortlisted teams start building prototypes during 12-hour hacking sessions, with dedicated mentoring. Their projects undergo initial review and evaluation.
- Offline Hacking - Batch 2 (Day 2): The remaining 25 shortlisted teams build their prototypes with continuous mentor guidance. Projects are reviewed and evaluated.
- Mentor Evaluation Round: All projects are assessed based on innovation, feasibility, and implementation. The top 15 teams are selected to advance to the grand finale.
- Grand Finale: The top 15 teams present their final projects to the judging panel. Winners are announced after the presentations.
