Selection process
Applications are evaluated primarily on personal potential, intellectual curiosity, and entrepreneurial ambition rather than existing business traction. Applicants from idea-stage through €500K ARR are considered equally, reflecting EWOR's founder-first approach. Selected fellows are integrated into the EWOR ecosystem with access to capital, mentors, and peer community support.
