ELEVATE 2026 — Startup Karnataka Grant-in-Aid Program is open to idea · product-stage startups registered in India. The full eligibility criteria — qualifying sectors, states and entity types — are below.
Who can apply
To be eligible for the ELEVATE 2026 program, a startup must meet several key criteria:
- The startup must be officially registered in Karnataka and can be based anywhere within the state.
- It must be incorporated as one of the following legal entities: a Private Limited Company, a One Person Company, a Registered Partnership Firm, a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), or a State/Multi-State Co-operative Society.
- The startup's date of incorporation must be within 10 years at the time of application submission.
- Its annual turnover must not have exceeded ₹200 crore in any financial year since its incorporation.
- The applicant must be an independent entity, meaning it cannot be a subsidiary, spin-off, or internal division of an existing company.
- A minimum team size of two individuals is required.
- The startup must not have been a beneficiary of the ELEVATE Grant-in-Aid scheme within the last three years.
- The startup should be actively engaged in the innovation or improvement of products, services, or processes that demonstrate the potential to generate employment, create wealth, or open new market opportunities.
ELEVATE 2026 — Startup Karnataka Grant-in-Aid Program is open to startups at the idea, product and revenue stage. The programme is targeted at startups registered in Karnataka. Applicants should be registered as private limited, llp and partnership.
