Selection process
Deem Dilemma is decided over three rounds, and teams have to clear each one to stay in.
Round 1 — Online Quiz. Registered teams attempt an online quiz that tests general knowledge and facts around HR and other related business domains. The quiz is timed at 15 minutes, and the team leader who registered the team is the one who plays it.
Round 2 — Case Study Submission. Teams shortlisted from the quiz receive an HR-based case study. They get two days to prepare a comprehensive solution and submit it as a PPT or PDF. The top 6 teams with the best solutions move ahead.
Round 3 — On-Campus Presentation. Qualifiers from the second round are invited to the Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies campus in Delhi, where they present their solutions to a panel of judges. The judges' decision is final and binding.
