Selection process
Round 1: Online idea submission (submission of PDF/PPT proposal for any track under Open Innovation; top 50 teams shortlisted). Shortlisted teams pay the registration fee.
Round 2: On-site development round at YCCE Nagpur (7 August 9:00 AM to 8 August 9:00 AM) — teams receive problem statements from sponsors and build a functional prototype; mentors and evaluators guide and assess progress; non-eliminator round.
Round 3: Live pitch + demo to jury (10-minute pitch + 5-minute Q&A).
Round 4: Final live pitch — top 10 teams present to jury and crowd; winners announced.
