Selection process

CodeFury 9.0 is a single online competition rather than a multi-round funding process. Here is how it unfolds from registration to judging:

  • Register on Unstop as an individual by 19 August 2026. Team formation is coordinated afterwards, and teams of one to four members — including intercollegiate ones — are permitted.
  • Problem statements are released at the start of the hackathon, and each team selects the problem it wants to address.
  • Build during the 24-hour development window, which sits inside 21–23 August 2026. The output has to be a website or an Android application.
  • Push your code to a GitHub repository at regular intervals, with the final commit made by 5:59 PM on 22 August 2026.
  • Evaluation and presentations take place remotely. Judges assess the final product, and commit history is used for plagiarism checks.
