How to Apply for Chhattisgarh Fixed Capital Investment Grant — Up to ₹8 Cr for Services MSMEs

Read the policy and prepare the file. Go through the Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Policy 2024-30, specifically Section 1, for the detailed guidelines, then put together the project report, proof of MSME registration, your fixed capital investment plan, financial projections and incorporation documents.

Submit the application. The application is filed through the designated portal or the office of the Chhattisgarh Industries Department, following the instructions in the policy document.

Preliminary scrutiny. The department screens what you have submitted to confirm it is complete and meets the basic eligibility norms.

Evaluation by a state-level committee. The committee examines whether the enterprise fits the MSME definition, whether its operations are in the services sector, the size and nature of the proposed fixed capital investment, how viable the project is, and how far it advances the objectives of the policy, including its contribution to the state's economic development.

Approval and release of funds. Applicants who clear the evaluation receive an approval letter, and the grant is then disbursed in one, three or five instalments depending on the category of the enterprise.
