Selection process
1. Online screening round
Applications start with an online screening step, in which the LIT School team verifies your profile.
2. Submission phase
Applicants who clear the screening work on the challenge attached to their chosen career track and prepare their submission in the required format.
3. Offline round at LIT School, Bangalore
Shortlisted participants are invited to campus to present their work live before mentors, judges, and industry representatives. Accommodation, travel to and from the venue, and food are arranged by the organisers for this round.
Shortlisting is handled on a rolling basis rather than in one single batch.
