Selection process
Judging happens over two rounds.
Round 1 — IdeaForge (idea submission)
Teams submit a proposal through a Google Form, with the link shared in the official WhatsApp group. Reviewers look at:
- creativity and innovation in the idea
- how relevant the problem being solved is
- whether the proposed solution is feasible
- the scalability of the idea
- the quality of the overall presentation
The best-performing entries qualify for Round 2.
Round 2 — Build & Showcase
Qualified teams build a working prototype or MVP from their Round 1 idea and, at the end of the build session, give a live demonstration to the judging panel. The final presentation should cover the problem being solved, an overview of the solution, the live prototype demo, the technical architecture, future scope, and a Q&A with the judges.
At this stage judges assess how well the prototype functions, the technical implementation, originality, UI/UX design, practical impact, the presentation and demo itself, and how the team collaborated.
