Selection process
The application process for the Bosch-BMU Innovation Challenge begins with an online application submission.
Following the initial submission, applications undergo a rigorous multi-stage jury-led screening and pitching process to identify the most promising innovations.
Selected participants then proceed to Phase 1, a 4-week intensive period focused on problem validation and design thinking methodologies. This phase helps refine the core idea and ensure a strong foundation.
Upon successful completion of Phase 1, participants advance to Phase 2, a 12-week stage dedicated to prototype development, in-depth mentorship, and comprehensive commercialization planning. Prototype grants are disbursed during this phase, contingent on milestone achievement and Bosch's approval.
The program concludes with a final showcase event, offering participants valuable opportunities for interaction with industry stakeholders and potential investors.
