Selection process
Round 1 (Preliminary): Teams submit a written Negotiation Brief (500–800 words) and deliver a 10-minute online presentation. The top 8 teams are selected to advance based on the quality of their brief and presentation. Round 2 (Mains): The top 8 teams participate in live head-to-head boardroom negotiations, each lasting 25 minutes. Judging criteria include the quality of the brief, strategic thinking, communication effectiveness, and overall professionalism during live sessions.
