Selection process
All registered teams proceed to the Preliminary Round, an online Situational Judgement Test (SJT) held on April 27, 2026, attempted individually by each member. Based on performance, top teams advance to Round 2—an offline event on April 30, 2026—which includes interactive Leadership & Management Games and real-time team challenges. Winners are determined based on overall performance across both rounds.
