Applications are submitted on the official portal. Confirm the current deadline and document checklist there before you start.
Selection process
Biothon 2026 follows a three-stage selection process:
- Round 1 – Submission PPT (by June 20th, 2026): Teams register online, select a domain and problem statement, and submit a presentation using the official template. The PPT must cover problem analysis, proposed solution, technology stack, and expected outcomes.
- Round 2 – Video Submission (by June 25th, 2026): Shortlisted teams from Round 1 record a 5-7 minute walkthrough video explaining their solution’s problem, approach, and impact.
- Grand Finale (offline, July 4th, 2026): The top teams are invited to Marwadi University, Rajkot, Gujarat, to demonstrate their complete solution live before an expert judging panel, followed by Q&A.
