Who can apply
To apply, your startup must be registered under the Bihar Startup Policy and operate within the state. You need a working prototype or Minimum Viable Product (MVP), meaning pure ideation-stage companies are not eligible. The venture should offer an innovation-led product or service. DPIIT recognition is required. Additional benefits apply: startups led by women, SC, or ST individuals get 5% extra support, while those led by differently-abled founders receive 15% extra.
